Your 14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from the day your journal arrives to tell us you'd like to return it — for any reason, and without having to give one. Email hello@stillwithmejournal.com within those 14 days, and you then have a further 14 days to send it back. We refund the purchase price and the standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving your return, to the payment method you used. Return postage is yours to pay.

One condition

The journal has to be unused — not written in. Once someone has started writing, it's theirs, and we can't take it back.

Ask us for a return address first

Every copy is printed regionally, so the right return address depends on where yours was made. Please email us before sending anything back — a return posted without an address from us can't be processed.

Damaged, misprinted, or never arrived

If your copy arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, is the wrong item, or never arrives at all, we will replace it or refund you in full. Nothing needs to come back to us, and this isn't limited by the 14 days above — printing errors are ours to fix, not yours. This is a promise, not an exception.

Contact us at hello@stillwithmejournal.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We'll respond within a few business days and arrange a replacement or refund.
