Where we ship

Still With Me ships worldwide. Each journal is printed to order at a local facility in your region, so your copy travels a shorter distance and reaches you sooner.

Our main regions are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Other countries are served too, with a slightly longer transit time. If you are not sure whether we reach you, get in touch and we will confirm before you order.

How long it takes

Every copy is printed to order, nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for printing and binding, plus tracked carrier transit. Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days of being placed:

United States: typically 7 to 12 business days
Canada: typically 8 to 12 business days
United Kingdom and Ireland: typically 7 to 11 business days
Europe: typically 7 to 14 business days
Australia and New Zealand: typically 8 to 14 business days
Rest of the world: typically 10 to 18 business days

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your copy is on its way.

Shipping cost

Journals ship at a flat rate: $6.49 to the United States and Canada, EUR 7,75 within the Netherlands and Belgium, EUR 12,00 to the rest of Europe, and $9.00 to the rest of the world. Candles and gift sets are quoted separately, from $7.99 to the United States. Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and duties

Because your journal is printed locally within your own region, most orders are not subject to import duties. Any local taxes or fees that do apply are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility.
