6 × 9 inches (15 × 23 cm), 120 pages, matte softcover or linen hardcover, printed to order at a local facility in your region. You can see real pages from inside on the Look Inside section of the homepage.
Do I need to fill it in order, front to back?
No. The prompts are organized into chapters, but there's no correct order or pace — open to whichever page feels right on a given day.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Each journal is printed locally in your region, so it arrives sooner. See our shipping page for full details.
How long until it arrives?
Each copy is printed to order: allow 3–5 business days for production plus tracked carrier transit, typically 7–12 business days total.
What if it arrives damaged?
We'll replace it or refund you, no questions asked — see our returns page.
