When you place an order, we (through Shopify, our ecommerce platform) collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details. Payment details are processed directly by our payment provider — we do not store your full card information ourselves.

To process and ship your order, to communicate with you about it, and to respond if you contact us. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

At this time, Still With Me does not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools. Our store platform (Shopify) uses essential cookies required for the site and checkout to function. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated first.

Who we share data with

Shopify (our store platform), our payment processor, and our print fulfilment partner (who receives only the information needed to print and ship your order — name and shipping address).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to fulfil your order, meet our accounting and legal obligations, and resolve any disputes.
