What we collect
When you place an order, we (through Shopify, our ecommerce platform) collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details. Payment details are processed directly by our payment provider — we do not store your full card information ourselves.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, to communicate with you about it, and to respond if you contact us. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
Our store platform (Shopify) uses essential cookies required for the site and checkout to function, along with Shopify's own store analytics. In addition, this site currently uses two third-party tools: the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixel, which helps us understand whether visitors found us through our posts, and Judge.me, our review app, which uses cookies to collect and display product reviews. We do not sell your personal information. If we add or remove tools, this policy is updated first.
Who we share data with
Shopify (our store platform), our payment processor, and our print fulfilment partner (who receives only the information needed to print and ship your order — name and shipping address). The tools listed above (Meta and Judge.me) receive limited technical data about your visit, as described in their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to fulfil your order, meet our accounting and legal obligations, and resolve any disputes.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@stillwithmejournal.com.
